Principles of sales

1. A sale agreement can be made out in:

• Sales office in Rybarzowice, on the way from Bielsko to Żywiec, from Tuesday till Saturday, between 10:00 and 16:00, on Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00

• At the company’s seat in Rajcza from Monday till Friday, between 07:00 and 15:00

• Via internet: list@juhas.com.pl

2. When signing an agreement, we require a deposit of about 20%. The remaining payment for the house elements must be made at least one day before the planned delivery of these elements to a place appointed by the Investor. The remaining payment for assembly is to be paid after the assembly works have been completed.

3. Costs of the assembly team accommodation and food are the manufacturer’s costs.

4. Transport costs: up to 50 km free of charge, over 50 km – PLN 4 per km gross (we do not charge the return costs).

5.Making foundations, installations, chimneys, fireplaces, and putting insulating tar board on the foundations are the Investor’s responsibility and these works are not included in the product price. The JUHAS company can perform these works for an additional payment.

6. In the scope of investment financing, we cooperate with the BGŻ bank.
