Interiors

Interior is a space which provides imaginative persons with enormous possibilities of creating a design. Everything depends on your ingenuity. We will take care of reliable refinement of details, we can also suggest interesting solutions.

• The customer chooses the interior finishing material (vertical or horizontal wooden panelling, plaster-cardboard panels, and other options)
• Thickness of floor boards used in our houses is 32 mm (tongue-groove). At the Customer’s request, we also make underpayments, ready for floor tiles.
• Window woodwork are top-quality windows of spruce timber, glued in three layers with waterproof glue. The windows have heat-insulating and soundproof panes, with coefficient k=1.1. It is also possible to fit anti-burglar windowpanes. Additionally, for decorative purposes, we recommend aluminium or wooden muntins of any width. We use window fittings made by reputed company G-U, a specialist in this field. We paint the window woodwork with eco-friendly, water-soluble paint, available in a wide array of colours.
• Door woodwork – solid door, made using state-of-the-art technology of glued lamination. It provides aesthetic appearance, as well as makes the door resistant to deformation and weather conditions. We paint the door several times with high-quality paints made by German company Sikkens. We provide variety of colours and designs.
• We make stairs of glued spruce timber, to the Customer's individual order they can be made of a different type of wood, e.g. of oak, larch, etc. The stairs can be straight or curved, openwork of fully enclosed. A comfortable rail guarantees user safety.
• In our houses, we use both traditional chimneys, as well as system chimneys with ceramic liners, equipped with gas passes and ventilating ducts.
• Arrangement of rooms, windows, doors, etc. is entirely up to you.
