Technology
For many years wood has been one of the best building materials. Properties of a wooden house are in many respects unrivalled in comparison with houses constructed in other technologies:
- walls with skeleton construction are “breathable”. It means that layers of such wall allow excessive water vapour to freely escape outside. This creates a specific, human-friendly microclimate inside the building.
- they are distinguished by very good thermal insulation
- they are economical
- if need arises, they can be easily reconstructed or extended
- low costs of transport and labour
- short assembly time
- a wooden house if primarily a unique atmosphere and healthy lifestyle
Our products are made of top-quality timber, logged in the Żywiec Beskids. They are constructed using the timber frame technology, which originates from North America and Sweden. The building structure involves wooden pillars of appropriate diameter, which, after fitting, constitute the frame of the house. Between the pillars, mineral wool is placed. Then, the following layers are placed on the inside:
- insulation foil
- finishing material (plaster-cardboard panels or wooden panelling)
- from the outside, the skeleton is covered with OSB panels, which reinforce the construction,
- finally, the entire building is insulated with vapour-permeable foil, which guarantees that the walls are “breathable”
- the outside sheathing of the building is made of wooden elevation which imitates beams
